In Summer the tree lines on our farm are dotted against the hills and they cast dark lollipop-shaped shadows. I love watching these shadows move on my walks. This work is called Marjorie, named after one of the songs I’ve been listening to whilst walking.
When it came to capturing the scenery of the Central West, the distinctly smooth hills, deliberately planted tree lines and the way the light changes colour and position depending on the season fascinate me.
