Returns & Refunds

If for some reason you are not happy with your Carina Chambers Design products, please contact Carina to arrange for a credit or exchange (excluding postage). Return postage costs must be covered by the customer. Credits or  exchanges will not be offered for a change of mind. 

You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of goods and return goods to Carina within 10 days to be eligible. Items must be unused and in original packaging with tags intact.

We take all measures to ensure the product image is colour matched. Please use this image as a reference only, however, we note that there are variances between colour settings on individual computers. Exchanges for a discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

Please note: there are no refunds, exchanges or credit notes on sale items or promos/promo codes.

Sale Terms & Promocodes

All orders are final. See refunds section.

No changes to orders or combining of separate orders once they have been placed.

Any other promotions, offers, or discounts cannot be used during a sale period.

Promocodes or promotional codes are offered to provide a sale or discount off the product RRP.
Craina Chambers and Long Lunch Linen’s terms and conditions apply during promotions. 
Promocodes are not applicable to the purchase of gift cards or e-vouchers. Only one promocode can apply per order.

Emails

We will do our best to respond to you within 24 hours, during business hours, Monday to Friday. During sale times we may take a little longer to reply as we are a tiny team (of one!) so please bear with us.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us, and we only collect and keep information that you provide to us that is essential in completing a successful transaction with you.

By placing an order with Long Lunch Linen, you give us the authority to contact you in the future with any promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates. However, you will be able to opt out of this correspondence upon receipt.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If an order is received that cannot be filled, Carina Chamber or Long Lunch Linen will refund the customer for that item.

Carina Chambers and  Long Lunch Linen offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch. However, we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers. Consequently our delivery times are subject to change. Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy advance payment orders which receive priority.

Pricing policy

Prices are subject to change if the applicable currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted.

Payment

We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All transactions on this site are processed using Stripe, a secure online payment gateway.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon order of your Long Lunch Linen product.

Shipping

Please refer to the shipping section on this website for terms and conditions on shipping.

Intellectual Property

Your use of this site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks and all other intellectual property and material rights relating to the products and any other items on this site.

All such items including third party trademarks, designs, and related intellectual property rights mentioned or displayed on this site are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You are permitted to use the items only as expressly authorized by Carina Chambers and Long Lunch Linen. Any reproduction or redistribution of the items is prohibited.

Other

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years and we encourage you to use them within a reasonable timeframe. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit. Can't be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers. Gift vouchers are not able to be used in conjunction with Afterpay.

• The Gift Voucher value will be subtracted from the total order value including GST
• Can be used multiple times until the total value is redeemed
• If the value of the Voucher is less than the recipient's total order value, the balance can be paid via credit card
• Valid for 3 years from purchase date
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit
• Can't be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers
