Do You Think It's Forever is an original Australian landscape painting inspired by Carina's early morning walks across her working farm in Central West NSW. Taking its title from a lyric in Taylor Swift's Elizabeth Taylor, the song Carina was listening to when the landscape stopped her in her tracks, the distant blue and violet hills echoed Elizabeth Taylor's famous eyes, while their reflection shimmered across the water - beautiful, luminous and gone with the slightest ripple. It was a reminder that the most extraordinary moments are often the most fleeting. Through joyful colour, subtle texture and expressive mark-making, this contemporary Australian landscape painting captures the beauty of the Australian countryside, inviting viewers to pause, reflect and reconnect with the landscapes of rural Australia.
