The distinct seasons of our cold-climate countryside allow me to witness the landscape joyfully come alive in Spring. Radiating energy, the playful, twisting trunks of the trees seem to dance to the song I'm listening to on my morning walk, twinkling in a warm golden light and brisk morning breeze. Sunlight dapples through the shimmering pink and green canopy, casting vibrant shadows on the ground as nature awakens from its long winter slumber and the bright piano chords of Train's 'Drops of Jupiter' play through my headphones.
